I love Greek yogurt and it is no secret! I eat the stuff at least four times a week. I would probably eat it seven days a week if I could, but to keep things interesting on the blog I try to switch it up. Well, this morning greek yogurt was all that I was feeling, so I made myself a cereal bowl with yogurt and a side apple.
In the mix:
1 cup Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup Kashi GoLean
1 packet of truvia
A few dashes of cinnamon
This breakfast was delicious and very filling. A great breakfast if you can't eat till late afternoon like me. I'm headed to my last interning day of the week, thank goodness. Have a great work or play day!
