PLL

Today after work, I came home and shortly after ate dinner. On tonight's menu was a side salad with carrots, onions, and balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil, teriyaki salmon, broccoli, and sauteed spinach.

Started with the salad...

Flakyyy

After dinner, I hit the gym for a workout that definitely was not my best. I wasn't even going to go, but then I decided that I never regret a workout and since I was feeling a little down, I thought it would improve my mood. Well, it didn't exactly improve my mood, but I guess I don't regret going. I did 35 minutes of light cardio rotating between the elliptical and arc trainer.

I completed the following workout on the elliptical:

After the elliptical, I completed my workout with fifteen minutes on the arc trainer. I was not feeling it at all, but I sucked it up and finished. I'm glad I went, but I wish I had more motivation. I think part of the problem is the fact that I now workout at night due to my internship, rather than the morning or afternoon. I am way less motivated and tired at night than I am the rest of the day. Hey, sometimes your just not feeling it, right?

When I got home I was greeted by this. A major re-vamping of the Mccarthy kitchen, what a mess! Its all clean now and I'm currently posted up on the couch watching Pretty Little Liars. Such a good show.

Now, I'm off to shower and then hit the sack for an early morning tomorrow. I don't know if I can ever go to bed early enough to not be tired the next morning. Have a fabulous night!

Do you have trouble finding motivation to workout at night? If so, what do you do push yourself during your these workouts?
